FOURTH KHANDHAKA(PAVARANA CEREMONY AT THE END OF THE RAINY SEASON,VASSA)
Chapter-14 : Not Before a Bhikkuni and to Be Held on Pavarana Day only with Some Exceptions.
1-3. 'Let no one, O Bhikkhus(Monks), hold Pavarana in a seated assembly (of Bhikkhus) before a Bhikkhuni(Nun), (&c)
4. 'Let no one, O Bhikkhus(Monks), hold Pavarana by (accepting) the Pavarana declaration of a parivasika, except if the assembly has not yet risen (at the time when the Pavarana is declared). And let no one, O Bhikkhus(Monks), hold Pavarana on another day than the Pavarana day, except for the sake of (preserving) concord among the Sangha.'
